Project payments and email updates

After you accept a quote, IFCDC may release its build payment in your private workspace. PayPal processes payment details; IFCDC stores the project reference, agreed fees, provider transaction references and verified payment status. Monthly maintenance requires separate PayPal authorization and shows its first charge date and renewal amount. You can cancel future maintenance renewals from your workspace.

When project email alerts are enabled, Postmark sends transactional notices about quotes, messages, delivery, payment records and maintenance status to your verified account email. IFCDC retains send status and provider message references. Email notices do not replace your private workspace, and provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. Contact service@ifcdc.org for payment or account questions.

Client website production

IFCDC stores approved website content, generated source, version checks, review decisions and publication records with the client project. Private builds are available only to the authorized client and IFCDC Founder. Publishing makes the approved business content and contact details public.

When the Founder explicitly requests AI drafting, the project brief and approved business facts are sent to the configured AI provider to prepare copy for review. No website is automatically published by an AI request. Public service-request web apps collect the visitor’s name, email, message and contact consent. Requests are stored privately for the business and IFCDC; they are not confirmed appointments or payments.

IFCDC Radio listener accounts

If you create a radio listener account, IFCDC stores your email, display name, avatar choice, genre preferences and saved track identifiers to operate your profile. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, and sign-in sessions use private cookies. Listener accounts do not provide staff access. Your email is not shown to other listeners. You can delete your active listener account from the radio profile screen; existing operational backups may retain prior copies until their normal retention ends. Contact service@ifcdc.org for account or privacy assistance.

Radio station workspaces

Customer workspaces store your station name, description, logo, uploaded music, crates and draft schedules. These are private to your listener account. You can delete the workspace and its active uploaded files in My station workspace before deleting your listener account. Backups follow the retention policy. The workspace pilot does not start subscriptions, charge payments or broadcast customer stations.
